Check-in starts from 11:30 am until 11:30 pm. Check-out must be done by 10:00.
The prices you find indicated on the site are per room per night.
At the time of booking a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay will be required to be paid by bank transfer to the coordinates that will be sent to you via email.

Yes, the WiFi connection is available throughout the B&B and is completely free.
Reserved parking is available free of charge in the area upon reservation.
Prices are per room per night and include: free Wi-Fi connection, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and courtesy set, air conditioning, heating, mini fridge and breakfast.
Children up to 3 years old stay for free if they sleep in their parents' bed. It is also possible to request a crib.
Bed linen is included in the price and is changed every 4 days, if a more frequent change is required a little extra is provided.
Bathroom linen is included in the price and is changed daily if requested.
Our breakfast proposal includes both sweet and savory. We offer sweet and savory cakes, cold cuts and cheeses, bread and focaccia, omelettes and brioches, Nutella, biscuits and jams, as well as fresh local products, to be enjoyed together with tea, coffee and fruit juices.
Each room is equipped with a standard-sized mini fridge suitable for containing a small daily expense.
Four-legged friends are welcome at the B&B Sine Tempore. On request, it is possible to bring small pets into the structure for a small fee. The management, in particular circumstances, reserves the right not to admit animals.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the rooms and the structure. Smokers will enjoy our large outdoor spaces more than any other.
We have bicycles available, on request and free of charge.
At each departure the rooms and common areas will be carefully treated with a sanitizing and sanitizing process with suitable products based on bleach and alcohol. Adequate natural ventilation and air exchange for the rooms and common areas are always guaranteed daily.
